Transcripts

Students can order transcripts via UC Merced's Transcript service (through the National Student Loan Clearinghouse). Transcripts can be purchased using a major credit card (convenience fee will apply).

Fees:
Transcripts are $7.00 per copy (please allow 10 business days for processing).
Rush transcript service is available for $14 per copy and is only available by submitting the order through the UC Merced campus (please allow 2 business days for processing).
Overnight service (via Federal Express) is available for $15 per address (for rush transcripts only).

Visiting UC students are excluded from having to pay the transcript fee when transferring their summer courses to their home UC campus.  After grades are posted, transcripts will automatically be sent to the student's home campus.

Transcripts may be picked up at the Students First Center during normal business hours or be requested to be mailed via regular 1st class US mail. If you are UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA student visiting UC Merced from another campus, your transcripts will be sent automatically after summer session has ended. However, please be aware that your transcript will not be sent unless all outstanding balances are paid.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full before transcript requests will be processed. In addition, all outstanding holds must be resolved. Transcripts of work completed at another campus of the University or at another institution must be requested directly from the campus or institution concerned.
